  • Water safety
  • Rigging
  • Marlinspike
  • Wind direction & sail trim
  • Main and jib handling
  • Upwind and downwind sailing
  • Capsize recovery
  • Seating and tiller handling
  • Extended points of sail
  • Sailing is a competitive, co-educational sport

The classroom sessions are held two nights a week and the water activities are on Saturday
